The Community Outreach Project
The AFC community outreach program started in April 2011 with the goal of expanding AFC’s efforts to support more children and youth living with HIV/AIDS in the community. The children in this program were either orphans living with a relative or highly vulnerable children living with their parents who are also HIV+.
